Transfer of ownership and registration of new and used boats and ATVs (private sales, death assignments, etc.)
We no longer issue Launch permits for unpowered boats (kayaks, canoes, sailboats, etc.) that may be used in PA State Parks (example: Marsh Creek).
Duplicate / replacement, renewals and corrections of registration cards, plates, and registration stickers
